The ideal candidate will require strong maintenance and mechanical background in an Industrial Mining setting. The ideal candidate is incredibly skilled at their trade. The ideal candidate understands mechanics, with a wide variety of industrial machinery, along with reading complicated detailed technical plans.
Job Qualifications
· Mechanics must be highly skilled in planning, problem-solving, and decision making
· Perform critical gear alignments
· Provide technical and hands-on service
· Operate rigging equipment
· Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, connect coupling and belts to precise tolerances.
· Align and test equipment including making any necessary adjustments
· Repair or replace defective parts within precise limits and standards
· Service and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
· Ability to read and understand complicated detailed technical schematics
· Ability to use logical step-by-step procedures
· Crusher experience – rebuilds and repairs
· Welding experience is a plus
· Experience with Rigging, Gear Boxes, and Conveyors
· Industrial Mining experience required
· Forklift and Overhead Crane experience is a plus
· Current MSHA

· Must be able to travel - travel is required. Most work is dispatched from Chandler AZ.

Durus Industrial is seeking experienced skilled Code Welders based out of the Chandler Arizona location. This position is a multi-location position and traveling is required. This position may require more than 40 hours weekly and may require travel. Ideal candidates are incredibly skilled at their trade, a strong background in an industrial setting is recommended.
Job Requirements
• Must be able to pass the following Weld Tests.
o Structural D1.1 - Code Weld Test
o SMAW ½” Plate - 3 positions or FCAW ½” Plate – 3 positions
o Pipe Test O.D 2 7/8” – 5/8” thickness – 6G Position
 GTAW Root Pass
 SMAW Fill and Cap
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Must be efficient in fabrication layouts.
• Must have basic tools.
