Sausage Linking 101 Class, July 14th and 15th at University of Florida

Our Sausage Linking 101 Class is a free, hands-on workshop. We will present processing techniques for fresh and smoked sausage, snack sticks and other processed sausage. You'll learn about raw materials, seasonings, and casings. We'll demonstrate sausage production using Reiser cutting, mixing, and linking equipment. Attendees will then link their own sausages, cook them, and get to taste the results.
