Stodden Park transformed into a tropical getaway on August 20 as WET employee-owners gathered for our annual ESOP Summer BBQ.

Employee-owners enjoyed a relaxing afternoon featuring a tasty taco bar, games, and great company. From Hawaiian shirts and island vibes to delicious food and team camaraderie, the event reminded us that ownership is about more than work. It's about building relationships, celebrating success together, and strengthening the connections that make WET such a special place to work.

🚰 August is Water Quality Month, a time to recognize the importance of clean, safe drinking water and the work it takes to protect it. WET helps communities across Montana and Wyoming to help ensure reliable water supplies, protect public health, and address emerging water quality challenges.

Our team provides a wide range of water quality services, including drinking water sampling and monitoring, regulatory compliance support, water system permitting, source water protection, treatment evaluations, infrastructure planning and upgrades, and solutions for contaminants such as PFAS. We work closely with municipalities and small water systems to identify risks, develop practical mitigation strategies, and maintain high-quality drinking water systems for current and future generations.

WET also supports communities through initiatives such as lead service line inventories and replacement planning. Through programs like the "Get the Lead Out" campaign, WET helps municipalities and small water systems identify service line materials, meet federal requirements, engage residents, and plan for infrastructure improvements that reduce potential lead exposure.
