1957 Skyliner Retractable with factory Ford Select Air started making a noise and this is what I took out from behind the A/C pump pulley. These are all part of the A/C pump clutch system. Does anyone know anybody who can get parts for the old A/C systems? I would really like to get it working.

I picked up a customer's Bobcat that wouldn't start and turned over slow. It was smoking and he was afraid it was the engine. I figured out why the engine was turning slow, the pump drive belt came off because of the tensioner pully bearings coming apart and jammed up in the starter space. The flywheel rubbing on the belt was the reason for the smokeing. Before the belt jammed up it took out the belt tensioner arm. Repaired it with replaceable parts and it's back on the job. Beats a new engine!

This is the filter screen in a Deutz lift pump on an air cooled diesel engine in a man-lift. This is what happens when someone removes the primary in line filter. Cleaned the screen, replaced it, but it still wouldn't pump even after I put compressed air to the fuel tank. Got another pump coming which has to go in around a 6" space between the firewall and engine. (as seen in the 2nd picture) Some engineers should be shot!!!
