The WE in Westward is all about our employees. We’re excited to welcome Phillip Pipkin, Staff Engineer, to Westward’s North Texas office! Phillip provides civil engineering services throughout DFW and across Texas, with a special interest in stormwater management and utilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Texas Tech University and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of work, Phillip is a devoted Texas Rangers and Red Raiders fan, movie buff, golfer and self-described computer nerd. He and his wife have been married for nine years and are celebrating their son Samuel’s first birthday this month. Their family also includes Daniel, a golden retriever, and Calvin, a dachshund. Welcome to Westward, Phillip!
