One of the largest impediments to a scientific study of the paranormal is that these phenomena are rarely repeatable, creating difficulties in verification. If many encounters are truly random and sporadic in nature, FIST attempts to record as much raw data from these events as possible, with observation equipment including- but not limited to-

1. Electromagnetic Field (EMF) detectors
3. Laser

grid motion detectors
4. Temperature fluctuation recorders
5. Ultraviolet light scanners
6. Infrared light/"night vision" scanners
7. Sound recording devices
8. Video recording devices

FIST has either investigated- or has future research plans for- the following paranormal phenomena in Central Pennsylvania:

1. UFO observations and encounters
2. Observations of spiritual entities interacting with our reality
3. Lore surrounding lake and river monsters
4. Spook lights
5. Bigfoot and other cryptids

I have all payments processed, and everyone who emailed or messaged their intent to take the course is included. We *might* be able to add more friends after I see how many show up in Week 1.
