Village of Bellevue elected officials and staff joined representatives of PCM Credit Union yesterday to celebrate the groundbreaking for its new 5,700-square-foot branch at 2254 Lime Kiln Road, east of Aldi.

Keller, Inc. is designing and building the new location. Construction is set to ramp up the week of November 9, with completion anticipated in late spring or early summer 2027.

❄️🚗 WINTER SEASONAL PARKING RESTRICTIONS BEGIN NOVEMBER 1!
As we prepare for the winter season, the Village of Bellevue reminds residents of the parking regulations for winter seasonal vehicles and trailers.
📅 November 1 – May 1
Winter seasonal vehicles and equipment, including snowmobiles, utility trailers, ATVs/UTVs, and their trailers, may be stored outdoors during this period, provided the following requirements are met:
✅ Hard Surface Required: Equipment must be parked on a hard surface, such as a driveway, or in a side yard on a hard surface.
✅ Setback Requirements: When parked in a side yard, equipment must be at least five (5) feet from the side lot line.
✅ Quantity Limit: A maximum of two (2) seasonal vehicles or trailers is permitted.
🚫 REMINDER: Overnight street parking is also prohibited on all Village streets from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., November 1 through April 1, to allow for safe and efficient snow removal.

As winter approaches, the Village of Bellevue reminds residents that overnight street parking restrictions will soon be in effect!
📅 November 1 – April 1
⏰ 2:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.
🚫 No parking on any Village streets during these hours.
These restrictions help ensure Village snowplow crews can safely and efficiently clear our streets, keeping roadways accessible for residents, emergency vehicles, and motorists throughout the winter season.
❄️ Remember: Parking restrictions apply regardless of whether snow is in the forecast or on the ground!

Willow Road has experienced increased traffic volumes and the pavements in the area are reaching their service life. The project includes urbanization of the roadway with installation of storm sewer, curb and gutter, and sidewalks. The objective of this meeting is to provide property owners, interested citizens, and public officials with an opportunity to comment on the
design for this project, provide information on local improvements/knowledge, and learn about property acquisition needs for the project.
