Join us in congratulating Venny Torres Hernandez on completing his welding apprenticeship and becoming a Journeyman Welder!

Through our apprenticeship partnership with Southwestern Illinois College, Venny earned his Welding Technology degree while gaining valuable hands-on experience at Gundlach Tools. His hard work and dedication have led to this well-earned milestone.

Thank you to Dennis Dickerson for mentoring Venny throughout the program.

Congratulations, Venny! We're proud to be part of your journey and look forward to seeing what's next.

Everyone starts somewhere.

For a lot of people in the trades, that start comes through an apprenticeship.

It is a chance to learn the work, build confidence, and take the first step into a career that lasts. For many, it also opens the door to steady, in-demand opportunities in the trades.

As America reflects on 250 years of craftsmanship, it is a reminder that the future of this industry depends on people who are willing to learn and take pride in what they do.

After nearly 100 years, Gundlach Tools has seen how important that first step can be, and it is something we continue to support through our Precision Machining Technology (PMT) and Welding apprenticeships.
