TurboTop Tuesday…..🧅🧅🧅

The TurboTop Onion harvester is fully hydraulically operated powered by a 410HP John Deere power unit. It takes 224 hoses made up of 1,240ft of hydraulic hose and 297 gallons of hydraulic oil to make these TT268 harvesters work.

TurboTop Tuesday....Although it doesn't feel like spring here in Western NY today, this is the time of year when we wrap up the major fabrication of this years harvesters and switch gears to finishing, assembly and electrical work.

All of our smaller components are powder coat finished but the main frame is still painted by hand. It takes 14 gallons of primer/ paint and 90 hours of labor to coat and prepare one harvester frame to turn it TurboTop Red.
