L&M Specialty Fabrication, a family-owned business in Batavia, NY, is currently seeking skilled and motivated fabrication and welding professionals. Located in a newly constructed 20,000 sqft building on Saile Drive, our facility offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Prior experience is required, pay is based on experience. An agricultural background is considered an asset. Key responsibilities include fabricating custom agriculture, construction, and industrial equipment, as well as repairing and modifying existing equipment. Experience with modern CNC fabrication equipment, press brakes, plasma tables, and CAD or other design software is highly valued.
