Organised by NTUC Health, the NTUC Health Infection Prevention and Control Awareness Day 2026, held on 21 May 2026, brought together healthcare professionals, care staff, and industry partners such as idsMED Singapore to reinforce safer care practices through expert-led sharing sessions, educational activities, and interactive exhibits.

Event highlights included an opening address by Dr Hamid Razak, Guest of Honour and Member of Parliament, a guest presentation by Dr Margaret Soon from the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID), and a Token of Appreciation Presentation ceremony recognising the contributions of partners towards advancing infection prevention and control efforts.

At the Classys User Summit 2026 in Singapore on 21 May 2026, idsMED Singapore welcomed nearly 80 guests for an evening of insightful discussions and knowledge sharing. The event featured presentations by distinguished speakers Dr. Boncheol Goo, a board-certified dermatologist from Seoul, South Korea, and Mr. Jin Park, Managing Director of Classys.

idsMED Singapore was delighted to be part of Farrer Park Hospital’s 10th Annual Scientific Meeting 2026, held on 23 May 2026. Centred around the theme, “Personalising Precision Care with AI”, the event brought together healthcare professionals and industry partners to explore the future of healthcare innovation.

At the meeting, idsMED Singapore showcased the Edge Medical Surgical Robotic System – MP1000, highlighting its role in enhancing surgical precision and efficiency. The UroMedTech BVS-Pro Ultrasound Bladder Volume Scanner was also featured for its accurate, non-invasive bladder volume assessment capabilities.

Guests also had the opportunity to learn more about the system through an on-stage presentation by Dr. Png Keng Siang, who shared insights into the MP1000 and its potential applications in modern surgical practice.

The 20th Joint SingHealth Course on Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and COGS Scientific Meeting, incorporating the 12th SingHealth Maternal Medicine Course, was held from 14–16 May 2026 at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay.

idsMED Singapore, together with GE HealthCare, showcased innovative ultrasound solutions supporting advancements in maternal–fetal care, in line with the event theme, “Optimising Fetomaternal Care: From Diagnosis to Delivery.”

It was a valuable opportunity to connect with healthcare professionals, exchange insights, and stay updated on the latest developments in the field.
