On 1 November 2026, our team joined the walk at the Istana in support of inclusive hiring and meaningful employment opportunities for vulnerable individuals. We were delighted to be part of this special event, graced by Guest of Honour President Tharman Shanmugaratnam.

It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together as a team while supporting a cause that helps people overcome employment barriers and build a more secure future.

🌱 Different Roots, Shared Ground, One Singapore! 🇸🇬

Peak Engineering & Consultancy Pte Ltd was thrilled to have the chance of being invited to Gardens by the Bay today for the SBF Culture@Work: Orientation Day.

As an organisation that deeply values a collaborative and diverse workforce, participating in this event was highly relevant to our mission. Building an inclusive environment where colleagues from different backgrounds can connect, share perspectives, and feel at home is essential to our company culture.

From exploring the heritage gardens to a lively panel discussion on building inclusive teams, it was a fantastic reminder of how embracing our diverse cultural backgrounds makes our workplaces and community stronger. 🏮 Observing the Traditions of the 7th Lunar Month Together 🏮

Peak Engineering & Consultancy Pte Ltd came together with our colleagues and workers to observe the traditions of the 7th Lunar Month. The first observance was held at our HQ at Northstar@AMK on 28 August 2026, followed by another gathering with our workers at SATS Coolport on 3 September 2026.

The traditional offerings and gatherings gave everyone an opportunity to pause from their daily duties, honour this meaningful cultural tradition and spend time together as one team.

Occasions like these remind us that a strong workplace is built not only through the work we accomplish, but also through mutual respect, appreciation and the shared experiences that bring us closer. We are grateful for the dedication and contributions of our workers at our headquarters and across our worksites.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped prepare the offerings, food and arrangements, and to all who joined us for the observances.

What an inspiring day at the Facilities Management Experts Summit (FMES) 2026!

Our Peak Engineering team had the privilege of attending one of Singapore's leading facilities management conferences, where industry professionals came together to discuss the future of engineering, facilities management, AI, sustainability and smart infrastructure.

This year's theme, "One Ecosystem, Symbiotic Outcomes," is a timely reminder that success is built through collaboration between building owners, engineers, facilities managers, service providers, technology partners and the wider community.

The event was especially meaningful for us as it follows the successful renewal of Peak Engineering's Certified Facilities Management Company (CFMC) Gold Accreditation. This achievement reaffirms our commitment to delivering quality facilities management services while continuously embracing innovation, industry best practices and professional excellence.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way businesses operate—but it's also changing the cyber threat landscape.

Today, Peak Engineering attended the seminar "AI-Assisted Attacks & Data Breach Management: From Deepfakes to Ransomware", where industry experts shared how AI is enabling more sophisticated cyberattacks, from deepfakes and synthetic identities to autonomous AI agents and ransomware.

One message stood out clearly:

It is no longer a matter of if an organisation will experience a cyber incident, but when.

This reinforces the importance of strong cyber hygiene, AI governance and data protection practices. Organisations must not only invest in technology such as endpoint security and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), but also establish clear AI policies, manage "Shadow AI" risks, and ensure employees understand how to use AI responsibly.

At Peak Engineering, we recognise that digital transformation goes hand in hand with responsible data governance. Peak Engineering was pleased to participate in the inaugural Singapore Data Festival 2026, organised by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).

The festival highlighted how data, governance, and artificial intelligence (AI) are transforming the way organisations operate, innovate, and deliver value.

For engineering and facilities management organisations, the message was particularly relevant. Reliable data is the foundation for smarter asset management, predictive maintenance, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
