At Peak Engineering & Consultancy, we believe that building strong communities is just as important as delivering service excellence. This year, our Singapore team gathered to celebrate the Hungry Ghost Festival, a tradition deeply woven into the cultural fabric of the region.
In Singapore, it is a meaningful occasion where families and communities come together to honor their ancestors with offerings of food, incense, and prayers. It is a time of remembrance, gratitude, and respect for past generations.
Our celebration was led by Managing Director Francis Chua, who shared his reflections on the importance of honoring cultural traditions in today’s fast-moving world. Under his leadership, the event became more than just a cultural observance—it was an opportunity for colleagues to share stories, deepen their appreciation of Singapore’s rich multicultural heritage, and strengthen the sense of community that defines our workplace.
By marking this occasion, Peak reaffirms its commitment to values that go beyond the workplace—respect, inclusivity, and responsibility. Hungry Ghost Festival reminds us that while we continue to innovate and build for the future, it is equally important to pause and honor the traditions that shape the communities we serve.
At Peak, we are proud to celebrate culture in meaningful ways, reflecting our dedication to people, purpose, and community here in Singapore.
