1000+ projects. 8 countries. One team in Portugal, France and Poland.

We don’t hire people who have already done the job. We hire people who want the version of it that doesn’t exist yet.

Most factory layouts are decided in a meeting, drawn in a week and lived with for twenty years.

Data driven facilities design is the work of getting that week right. Where production sits, where stock sits, how far a pallet travels between them, and what that distance costs over two decades.

The cheapest change is always the one made before the slab is poured.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us and to the people in the first photo, who are the reason there is anything to celebrate.

Onwards to twelve.
