A look back at last week's engine bay action! 🛠️
​E46 325i: Successfully completed a cylinder head replacement to cure an overheating issue and get the M54 purring again.
​F10: Diagnosed and resolved multiple misfires by replacing two faulty fuel injectors.
​E90: Tackled Valvetronic and misfire troubles with a precise DME clone, programming, a brand-new VVT actuator, and a full relearn procedure.
​G12: In for an engine number stencil and PMS. We also caught a few minor items to monitor for the next service to keep it running smoothly.

In the bays last weekend:
​🏁 The Long-Hauler (E87): This 1-Series traveled all the way from Ilocos for a much-needed rear suspension overhaul. ​ We replaced the rear shock absorbers, including new top and bottom mounts, dampers, and boots to restore that signature BMW ride quality. Topped it off with a fresh engine oil change and replaced the dirty filters to keep the engine breathing easy.
​🏎️ The Precision Build (E92): Arriving from Subic, this E92 came in for critical Valvetronic and fuel system work. We installed a new Valvetronic motor, along with fresh seals and a valve cover gasket. ​After a successful Valvetronic re-learn via our diagnostic software, we carried out a specific request from the owner: swapping injectors 1, 2, and 3 with 4, 5, and 6.
​No matter how far you drive to reach us, you leave with a car that is road-trip ready and performing at its peak.

​A regular guest at the shop—this sophisticated Mercedes-Benz V220d—came in with a nagging oil leak. Our team traced the issue to the back end of the valve cover gasket. 🔍
On these advanced diesel engines, a "simple" gasket swap is anything but. We had to carefully:
​💉 Disconnect high-pressure fuel lines.
​⚙️ Extract the fuel injectors to gain clear access.
​✨ Clean and prep the surfaces to ensure a Zero Back-Job seal.
The van also required a new auxiliary battery. We swapped it out (conveniently located under the front passenger seat), registered the new battery to the vehicle's system using our diagnostic tools, and performed a final road test to ensure everything was up to Mercedes-Benz standards. ⚡

​💻 F10 Duo: We cleared out airbag faults using emulators and gave one a fresh set of headlights. The other is currently undergoing a software update while we prep for an EPS (Electronic Power Steering) replacement.
​🏔️ E53 X5: Complete suspension overhaul! New front and rear shock absorbers, mounts, dampers, boots, and bump stops. This X5 is back to that "planted" BMW feel.
​❄️ F48 X1: Diagnosed a failed AC system. It needs a new evaporator and compressor—parts are on order to get this one blowing ice-cold again soon!
​🔋 E90: Solved a starting issue by replacing rusted/corroded battery cables, followed by a full PMS to keep the engine healthy.
​🛢️ E70: In for a quick and clean regular oil change—the lifeblood of those X5 engines.
