STAFF SPOTLIGHT:
As we bid farewell to John on HDP’s final day of the year, we celebrate not only his retirement but also the incredible journey he has had with us.
At 68 years young, John shows vitality and positivity. If we can maintain such fitness and a sprinkle of grey hair at his age, we’ll consider ourselves quite fortunate!
John has been an invaluable part of our team for the past seven and a half years, diligently overseeing our stores and dispatch operations. His efforts in streamlining our processes have made a lasting impact. When he first joined us, we had no formal organisation for our parts and John took on the challenge to implement Bin Locations, transforming our inventory management and setting a standard for efficiency that we uphold today.
Working alongside John has been a pleasure as he always has a smile and an unwavering willingness to lend a hand. John's not just dedicated to his tasks; he’s also the champion of wrapping and packaging. We’re convinced he must wrap the best Christmas presents in all of New Zealand!
While we will deeply miss John’s presence, we are excited for him as he embarks on this new chapter of his life by the beach. We wish him endless joy and relaxation in retirement, knowing that he leaves behind a legacy of hard work and friendship.
