The customer was already experienced with Head filling machinery. When the time came to replace their existing old machinery, they carefully evaluated equipment and solutions from several suppliers before choosing Mush Comb for their new filling machinery.

The real value of our Head Filling Machine is proven in daily production, consistent filling, reliable operation and a process the grower can depend on, room after room.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲. 𝗡𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿.

Following last week’s shipment update, our 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 has already arrived in Ireland and has been successfully commissioned by our engineers on site.
The machine is now fully operational, combining three jobs into one continuous process:

1. The growing room is emptied
2. The spent compost and casing are separated
3. Both materials are offloaded separately into two trucks

And all three happen at the same time.
Instead of adding a separate process for casing removal, the separation takes place directly during the normal room-emptying operation. This means additional work is completed without additional processing time or additional labour.

As the room is emptied, the machine separates the two materials: the compost goes directly into one truck, while the separated casing is discharged into the second truck.
The result is straightforward: one operation, three jobs, two separated materials, using the same machine, same time and labour resources.

Great to see another 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 move from our factory to successful operation at our customer’s facility.

Our Casing Separator has recently left our production facility for our valued customer in the Republic of Ireland, where it will help streamline the casing separation process.
