This bale dunking system has been shipped to Mexico, where it will help our customer improve their composting process.
By enabling a more homogeneous mixture, the system creates better conditions for consistent processing and improved compost quality.
With the equipment now on its way, we are looking forward to seeing it become part of the customer's operation.

These photos capture the loading of a tunnel filling cassette onto a container vessel, ready for its journey to China as a break bulk shipment.

There is something impressive about seeing equipment of this size suspended above the deck before starting its journey across the world.

One of three tunnel winches on its journey to China. Together, the three units were delivered for one of our customers and have now reached the next phase of the project.

After months of engineering, manufacturing and preparation, implementation is underway on site. We are looking forward to the upcoming start-up and seeing the system go into operation.

For new test facility in China, standard climate installations were simply too large for the small test rooms. They needed a compact, dedicated system capable of maintaining exact climate parameters for small-scale testing.

To meet these requirements, our team engineered a tailored, compact climate unit equipped with precise ventilation and filtration. Specifically scaled for small growing rooms.

The system was successfully commissioned on site and is now fully operational, supporting Sylvan in testing and optimizing their spawn strains under controlled conditions.

Whether it involves large-scale turn-key projects or custom-engineered setups for specific R&D requirements, we design and build technology that works in practice.

We are proud to be involved in the development of Singaporeโ€™s first mushroom farm, a project that supports the country's ambition to strengthen local food production and increase self sufficiency following the lessons learned during the COVID 19 pandemic.

The facility will feature 18 growing rooms, each covering 554 mยฒ, creating a modern and efficient environment for mushroom cultivation.

What makes this project particularly innovative is its circular approach. The COโ‚‚ rich air generated by the mushroom growing process will be reused in a neighbouring strawberry cultivation facility, where the plants benefit from additional COโ‚‚ to support growth. By connecting both cultivation systems, valuable resources are used more efficiently.

Construction is currently progressing, with start up expected in Q1 2027.

Construction is well underway at our customerโ€™s site in Philippsburg, Germany.

Two years ago, GTL delivered 20 growing rooms for Deckers. Due to continued growth and success, the next expansion phase has now started. An additional 10 growing rooms are currently being built, with completion scheduled for November.

It's great to see our customers continue to invest in the future and expand their operations.
