Spotlight: Tanya Georgieva โ from R&D intern to global product leader

This edition highlights Tanya Georgieva, Manager Products for NSI Global. Since joining NSI in 2017 as an R&D intern, Tanya has helped connect technology, customer needs, and market insights to develop solutions that create lasting impact across the global water sector.
Today, Tanya leads NSIโs global Product Management team, working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer value. Together with colleagues from engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and operations, she helps transform innovative ideas into practical solutions that address real-world water challenges.
As Tanya puts it:

One of Tanyaโs proudest achievements has been helping establish and grow NSIโs Product Management function into a dedicated global organization. By creating structure, processes, and clear responsibilities, the team now plays a key role in guiding the development of NSIโs technology portfolio and supporting innovation throughout the organisation.
