Great coffee will always start with knowledge, experience and craftsmanship. Technology shouldn’t replace that. It should give you the tools to take it further.

That’s exactly what we aim to do at Dutch Master Roasters. Our roasters combine precise control, intelligent software and flexibility, giving you the freedom to experiment, refine your profiles and reproduce the results you’re looking for.

We’re excited to share another milestone in our partnership with and .

This week, we installed and tested the DMR5 at Skip's brand-new training centre in Oijen, the Netherlands. After setting up the roaster in the perfect position, it was time for what matters most: the very first roast.

From now on, coffee professionals will have the opportunity to learn, experiment and develop their roasting skills on a Dutch Master Roasters DMR5, guided by Skip's expertise.

Within the next few weeks, Skip will welcome the first participants to his new training centre, where the DMR5 will play a key role in every training session.

Congratulations, Skip. Here's to many great roasts and even better coffee!

We wrapped up an amazing final day at World of Coffee!
