By the end of 2002, FLIR ASIA has inspected over 350 electrical substations around Malaysia and possesses the largest substation infrared database in the country. FLIR ASIA is registered with Ministry of Finance, Malaysia and is a registered vendor of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (Malaysia's national power utility company) and Petronas (Malaysia's national petroleum and gas company).
