CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – GENERAL FINISHING WORKER

GAD Home Finishings is seeking a reliable and practical General Finishing Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of common finishing tasks and is willing to learn, assist, and work hands on across different areas. We do not expect full expertise in every trade , only solid fundamentals and a positive attitude.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Plastering (Basic): Surface preparation, patching, assisting
with skim coats.
• Painting (Basic): Priming, sanding, masking, and applying
basic coats.
• Tile Laying (Basic): Supporting tile placement, mixing
adhesive, grouting.
• Gypsum Works (Basic): Assisting with board fixing, taping,
jointing, sanding.
• General Site Work: Handling tools, cleaning work areas,

supporting senior workers.

🧰 Requirements
• Basic knowledge of plastering, painting, tile laying, and
gypsum installation.
• Hands on approach with willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Good work ethic, reliability, and respect for site standards.
• Valid work permit for Malta (if applicable).
• Driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
