DB Group’s City Centre project was undoubtedly one of the most prominent projects we commenced and proudly completed this year.
The City Centre project comprises the development of a 450-room, 5-star Hard Rock Hotel, a new Hard Rock Café, a world-class nightclub, lido, public beach and hotel concessions, a conference centre, casino and restaurants located within a restored and restructured ITS building, a retail mall, a public car park, and a 38-storey residential tower housing serviced apartments. The total gross floor area amounts to 218,000 m².
As ESC Group, our scope of work included the construction and completion of civil works for Block 1, part of Block 2, and Block 3.
