Aviaserve is looking for Check-In Agents to join its airport operations team in Malta.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a professional attitude and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced airport environment.
As a Check-In Agent, you will support departing passengers throughout the check-in process, verify travel documents, issue boarding passes and baggage tags, process luggage, and provide accurate information on flight status, boarding gates and boarding times.
You will also assist passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors and other passengers requiring additional support, while following airline procedures, airport regulations and safety requirements.
We’re looking for candidates who are customer-focused, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic shift-based environment.
Requirements include:

✔ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Professional appearance and grooming standards
✔ Ability to work under pressure
✔ Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔ Teamwork and adaptability to shift work
✔ Computer literacy
✔ Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism or aviation is considered an asset
