VB is seeking an individual to join our team as a 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. The chosen individual will support the team and perform tasks as required by the team leader. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗮, candidates who are not currently residing in Malta will not be considered.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Prepare surfaces for painting by using sandpaper, brushes, steel wool and other tools
- Prepare surfaces onsite for spraying by masking exposed parts such floors and walls
- Remove fixtures from exterior prior to spray-painting
- Use sanding machinery
- Follow safety and security procedure
- Responsible to maintain cleanliness
- Complete tasks requested by the team leader

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱
- Ability to visually detect product imperfections and defects
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to be safety conscious when operating machinery
- The candidate must have the right attitude to learn and attention to detail
- 1 year experience in a similar job would be considered a plus but not mandatory as training on the job will be provided

We love a 3-colour scheme when done right. Cupboards refinished in beige taupe with our signature factory-level finish. The island's bluish-grey is a tried-and-tested combo with medium-to-dark wood.

This kitchen shows how solid wood can be reimagined for contemporary interiors while retaining its charm. We appreciate it when customers ask us to restore wooden furniture, like this Douglas Fir table stripped down and restained in Walnut.

For this project, we combined two of our favorites from the Farrow & Ball colour collection. A traditional Maltese banister finished on-site in Brinjal, bridges with the warmth of the open-plan furnishings to a bold entrance door reimagined in India Yellow.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Assist in preparing surfaces for painting using sandpaper, brushes, steel wool, and other tools
- Help mask exposed areas such as floors and walls before spraying
- Assist in removing fixtures before spray painting
- Operate sanding and spraying machinery
- Follow health, safety, and security procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area

An excellent example of a collaborative project where the client and us jointly worked on the renovation from initial idea and digital renders to detailed ex*****on.

The bi-colour scheme was designed to harmonise with the fixtures in natural wood while bringing a subtle contrast to the wall colour, resulting in a grounded, earthy look.
