Over the years and with a lot of hard work, Kojababian grew the business into a full-fledged production line, run by a dedicated team of cooks and staff, and powered by state-of-the-art, industrial machinery. Mamig’s has kept pace with the rapid growth of Lebanon as a culinary gem by providing a variety of fresh and frozen Armenian and Lebanese specialties.
