Another BSL design-build project… swipe 👉🏾to see the progress on this single family dwelling. This site is situated in a coastal suburb that is bounded by strata restrictions. However, manage to make a case for these design enhancements that will bring more character and functionality to the space. These includes:
1 - Larger openings that flood the space with natural lights
2 - 18000 Gallons underground tank that is split for rainwater harvesting and potable water collection that also free up the limited land space
3 - Inclusion of exterior wooden cladding that brings a little more warmth, texture and insulation to the external facade.

New Project Alert!🚨A few updates that gives this split level cherry garden home distinguished contemporary character. BSL enhance this style by adding new reinforced concrete slab roof, stone wall for texture and wooden cladding. New garage door that add depth and contrast.

All developed and developing nations are dependent on various forms of energy and environmental sustainability to attack the global challenges of climate change as such, we designed and constructed these 3 (300 Cubic Meter Anaerobic Digester) to treat domestic waste from a new housing development. The treatment process took the form of a:
1 Anaerobic Biodigester
2 Reed Bed
3 Intermittent Sand Filter
4 Chlorination Chamber
5 Holding for treated effluent that is reuse for irrigation.

This system designed and constructed was able to exceed NEPA current effluent standards for disposal and irrigation.
