Multi-muffle (4) furnace for small diameter tubes and wire ready for the FAT at our workshop.

This furnace is able to treat stainless steel tubes from a diameter of 2mm up to 12mm, with a maximum working temperature of 1200°C with Argon protective atmosphere (inside and outside the tubes) with 4 muffles working independently and automatic regulation of the armosphere thanks to the integrated dewpoint checkers associated to mass-flow-controllers.

The furnace is equipped with cooling water station and unwinding/winding reels.

Forno multi-muffola (4) per tubi e fili di piccolo diametro, pronto per i test pre-accettazione (FAT) presso la nostra officina.

Questo forno è in grado di trattare tubi in acciaio inossidabile da un diametro di 2 mm a 12 mm, con una temperatura massima di esercizio di 1200°C in atmosfera protettiva di Argon (all'interno e all'esterno dei tubi) con 4 muffole funzionanti in modo indipendente e regolazione automatica dell’atmosfera grazie alla presenza di sensori di punto di rugiada in affiancamento a regolatori di portata massici.

Il forno è dotato di stazione di raffreddamento dell’acqua e aspi svolgitori/avvolgitori.
