Can you trust your measurement system?

A measurement can look precise —
and still give you the wrong picture.

Before making decisions based on measurement data, there is another question to ask:
How much of the variation comes from the product — and how much comes from the measurement system itself?

That’s where Gage R&R comes in.

It helps evaluate:
Repeatability — does the same person get consistent results?
Reproducibility — do different people get comparable results?

Because if the measurement system cannot be trusted, neither can the conclusions based on it.
