It was like going back in time this week doing a recondition on a old series 3 landrover for a customer that is restoring one. It brought back many memories from years back when I would see them on a daily basis.

So today we took a Ford S max in fitted with the ford power shift dual clutch transmission. The car is low mileage 39k on clock with one careful lady owner from new. The gearbox has faults with rev ups on shifting and noise, With the fact it never got a gearbox service since new we decided to do that first. We are putting pictures up of the condition of the new oil and filter V old for such lows miles the results are shocking proving servicing these transmissions is so important. The customer will update us in a few days or so with the results to see if the service helped or if the damage is done we will update asap.
