Yesterday, Sue O'Neill ITIA CEO, joined Sam Waide CEO of Road Safety Authority Ireland and Ross O'Doherty from An Garda Síochána at an NCT centre to launch Tyre Safety Day, kicking off Irish Road Safety Week. The message is clear: don’t wait for your NCT to spot tyre problems – check them regularly.

The ITIA, An Garda Síochána, and the Road Safety Authority Ireland are reminding drivers to make tyre checks a top priority.
🚔 Garda and RSA teams will be roadside today carrying out tyre inspections across Ireland. Remember — driving with defective tyres can lead to fines and penalty points.
