Supporting Intel in Ireland for many years delivering projects in complex semiconductor and cleanroom environments, we bring proven technical depth to high-consequence projects. We understand the exacting standards these environments demand across design, operational cleanliness, and delivery schedules.

Early engagement is central to our approach. We partner with project teams from concept stage, delivering a closed-loop service across 3D BIM design, precision fabrication, off-site manufacturing, and specialist installation.

In the final episode of DIY SOS: The Big Build Ireland, Baz and the team completed another truly inspiring build for the Harte family.

As an official series supplier, OMC Engineered Solutions designed and manufactured a bespoke pergola to create an accessible, engaging outdoor space for the family. The structure features custom aluminium panels integrated with sensory elements and vibrant LED backlighting. We completed the build with a durable polycarbonate roof featuring bespoke architectural panels, alongside an all-weather front enclosure to ensure the Harte family can enjoy the space in every season.

Our team was delighted to attend the ISPE Annual Meeting and Expo in Washington DC this week.

The conference provided an outstanding platform to connect with valued clients, global subsidiaries, and industry peers. Productive discussions surrounding emerging pharmaceutical needs highlighted new opportunities for high-purity process infrastructure, validatable cleanroom assets, and advanced surface treatment solutions.

Another inspiring episode of DIY SOS on RTÉ One! This week, the team visited Limerick to transform the home of the Purcell family - Alex, Nikita, AJ, and toddler Carter, who lives with a rare genetic condition.

As a series supplier, OMC Engineered Solutions was proud to support this incredible build by providing structural steelwork, support columns, and reinforcing mesh for their new home extension.

A huge well done to the DIY SOS team, the local volunteers, and everyone involved in making this life-changing home adaptation possible.

In the season premiere, Baz and the team visited Kildare to build a beautiful new home for Ramona and her son, Oran.

As an official series supplier, OMC Engineering Solutions was proud to design and craft a bespoke swing chair specially built for Ramona and Oran to enjoy in their new home.

Congratulations to Oran Connors – University of Limerick Science & Engineering Co-op Student of the Year 2026.

Under the stewardship of Stephen Cummins and John Houlihan, Oran progressed to a full-time role as a Mechanical Design / Project Engineer – a great example of the engineering talent and expertise we are committed to developing within OMC.

Already, Oran has built an impressive track record, including:
- Design Engineer for Ireland’s first additively manufactured liquid rocket engine
- Founding Developer of Weld-Net, an Enterprise Ireland-funded computer vision system for weld inspection
- Published author at the 2026 Irish Machine Vision and Image Processing Conference

At OMC, our ability to support clients from concept to completion ultimately comes down to the expertise, innovation and commitment of our people.
