New dual pulley cable machine for our LADIES ONLY section 🙌

We ❤️ this machine! And no ladies section would be complete without it!

The dual pulley allows you to have two ankles strapped because we know the struggle is real , having to switch attachments over 😅

The possibilities with this machine are endless- you can do a full body workout on it, but most famously known for different variations of cable kick backs for the 🍑 gains:)

Edel testing it out here , and it is trainer approved :) … now to find its forever home in the ladies section!

Thanks to Roarke for assembling it… putting equipment like this together is so tedious! The years of LEGO building have come in handy!

New Equipment 💪

Darren testing out the new Hammer strength , plate loaded Row.

This is a brilliant piece of kit, allows for single or double arm rows, with 3 variations of grip, targeting different parts of the back.

It sits between . 3 other new pieces of equipment , targeting upper body, which makes for a convenient upper body circuit .

You need to add this to your workout routine.

The plate loaded row is good for everyone because you control the weight, so it works for beginners and advanced gym goers. It builds a stronger back, better posture, and pulls power without stressing your joints.

Not the finished product yet, we’re constantly moving things around to get the best flow for the gym.
We have 10,000 sq feet of space . This will be the best equipped gym in the area… with a focus on wellness and recovery for all ages.
Upon buying membership, you will get booked in for a free consultation with one of our personal trainers. We will show you how to use all the equipment , so that you will feel confident and competent using the gym!

We’ve got an update for you, and we’re keeping it real.

We were pushing to open sooner, but the reality of renovating and opening a gym is this: timelines don’t always line up.
Our gym software engineers only have availability in September, and without the right systems in place from day 1, we won’t open.

We could rush it. But we’re not about that.

*The good news?*
Because of the later opening date, we’re now able to open our *Recovery Suite alongside the gym* from day one 🔥
Think: custom-made saunas, ice baths, jacuzzis. The full high-end recovery experience.

So yes, we’re waiting a little longer.
But you’re getting more. Better equipment, better systems, and a complete Results Gym experience from day one.

Ladies gym - hack squat - how and why …

HACK SQUATS: 2 WAYS TO LEVEL UP YOUR LEG DAY* 🔥

Most ladies only use the hack squat machine one way. But switch the foot position and angle, and you get 2 totally different weapons.

*1. REGULAR HACK SQUAT*
*How*: Feet shoulder-width, high on the platform. Back flat to pad.
*Target Muscles*: Quads 💥, Glutes, Hamstrings
*Benefits*:
- Safest way to load heavy quads without spinal compression
- Guided track = perfect for learning squat depth + form
- Builds the “teardrop” quad and overall leg mass

*2. SINGLE LEG REVERSE HACK SQUAT*
*How*: Turn to face INTO the machine. One foot on platform, drive through heel.
*Target Muscles*: Glutes 🍑, Hamstrings, VMO + Core Stability
*Benefits*:
- Unilateral = fixes left/right imbalances + builds balance
- Reverse angle hits glutes + hamstrings way more than quads
- Core has to work overtime for stability = flatter tummy bonus
- Knee-friendly: takes pressure off the joint, great for quad/hamstring focus

*Which one should you do?*
Want bigger, stronger quads? → Regular Hack
Want rounder glutes + athletic legs? → Single Leg Reverse Hack
Pro tip: Use both. 3 sets regular, then 3 sets single leg each side.
