Meetings with multiple companies to try and get the best and most efficient app/software for memberships, computerised member access/entry , security and booking . Will be purchased early next week.

The gym will be closed from June 8th until July1st for final renovations.

Please bare with us during this time , as we put the final touches to what will be a refreshed and vibrant revamp to Results Gym!

Here’s why it deserves a spot in your routine:

Fixed bar path + safety stops = train hard without a spotter. Great for pushing close to failure on squats, bench, and shoulder press.

2. Perfect for learning form
The fixed track helps beginners lock in squat depth, hip hinge, and bar path before moving to free weights.

• Split squats & lunges with better balance
• Incline/decline bench for chest focus
• Rows & shrugs for back/traps
• Hip thrusts without chasing a barbell

Shift your foot position and you change the muscle emphasis. Feet forward = more quads. Feet under = more glutes. Small tweaks, big results.

📣 Huge Renovations underway 📣

We have been working hard behind the scenes at Results Gym! Loads of new upgrades are happening and will be announced in the coming days!!!

One of our new additions is a LADIES ONLY gym! 💪
Yes our female members will be treated to state of the art equipment for their use only! Leg curl, leg extension, abductor/adductor machine, squat rack, hack and reverse hack squat machine , full rack of dumbells , shoulder press , new leg press machine and much much more!!! Instructional videos will be posts soon! This video shows a preview of what is to come, the finished product is going to be 👌

Men don’t worry … we haven’t forgotten you, the WHOLE gym is being renovated and the shared gym space will have plenty of upgrades and new equipment.
