HLS is a leading engineering & industrial supplies company in Ireland. We offer trade supplies, lincoln lubrication & hydraulics repair services to all sectors across the country, covering engineering supplies, construction, industrial and commercial. HLS began in 1992 as 'Procrop', where we offered specialists services to the agricultural sector in the form of the supply of hydraulic hoses and fi
ttings. Although we began in very small premises, we became well known for our top quality services in this area and slowly began to diversify into the supply of equipment and consumables such as oils, tools, nuts and bolts, etc. By 1996 this trade supplies part of our business had grown into a large enough operation that it warranted the creation of a retail division in its own right situated in larger premises in County Meath, which allowed us to expand our offering to our growing customer base. In 1997, we were appointed as Leinster agents for the supply, installation and service of Lincoln Lubrication Systems to support the needs of customers that required centralised and automated grease and oil lubrication on their machinery and equipment. Today we operate from an 8,000sq.ft. premises in Ashbourne, County Meath, where we service the needs of a wide variety of customers from industrial, engineering, construction, pharmaceutical, agricultural and mining. We operate our business and services with ten permanent staff plus a number of weekend part-time staff. Our services are split into three key areas:

A Commitment To High Quality Service
Our staff are trained to meet the variety of needs of our customers. This includes regular on-site training by manufacturers as well as off-site training courses and industry specific health & safety courses required by law to allow our operatives to work on sites and locations, such as quarries, mines and construction sites. These include highly specialised training courses for working in confined spaces, at heights, underground and the MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) course.
