Σχεδιά – ζώντας το χώρο… Αντιλαμβανόμαστε το σχεδιασμό και την αισθητική όχι μόνο ως μέσο για να ζούμε καλύτερα, ως έκφραση των αντιλήψεών μας, ως αποτύπωση και γλώσσα να επικοινωνούμε τις σκέψεις μας… Αντιλαμβανόμαστε το σχεδιασμό και την αισθητική ως τρόπο να κατοικούμε τον χώρο και την πόλη μας, ως τρόπο να βλέπουμε τις εξελίξεις στον κόσμο που μας περιβάλλει, ως μονόδρομο στην προσωπική μας πορεία.. και πάνω και πέρα απ όλα αντιλαμβανόμαστε το σχεδιασμό και την αισθητική ως τρόπο ζωής.

13 Years of MAMAproject |

13 years in, and we’re just getting started!
Two partners, one shared vision that evolves, and a journey driven by ambition, creativity, trust, and a genuine love for what we do.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our horizons, explored new opportunities through investments and joint ventures, and continued to challenge ourselves to think bigger and aim higher.
Of course, it’s not coming without its challenges (and we’ve had a few!). But every obstacle has pushed us to evolve, every experience has made us stronger, and every new milestone has reminded us why we love what we do.

13 years of building projects, partnerships, and possibilities.
And the best part? We’re still curious, still ambitious, still passionate, and always ready for what’s next.
Here’s to building more, dreaming bigger, and enjoying every step along the way!

Urbanistas celebrates 5 years of partnership and growth in hospitality!
Our journey began with a shared vision: to redefine the operation of hotel projects and to expand our reach into diverse client portfolios and different investment areas.

The company delivers integrated, end-to-end approach tailored for hospitality and -recently- residential projects.
Our goal is to launch projects across Greece’s key destinations, covering every stage —from market analysis and concept design, to architecture, construction, branding, and operations management.

In 5 years, Urbanistas has delivered and currently operates 8 buildings in multiple areas, with 5 more underway in central/north Athens and Greek islands.
The project track record includes close collaboration with MAMAproject on A-to-Z hotel ex*****on, focused on guest experience.
This growth wouldn’t be possible without the trust and support from our valued partners & clients, our team that is walking the extra mile, and our commitment to strong family values that brought us together at the start.

To Florian Schmid - special thanks for being not just a trusted partner, but the ultimate co-adventurer on this ride and true family to us!
Our JV was career changing for MAMAproject & we deeply appreciate it.

Today, as we celebrate MAMAproject’s 12th anniversary, we also celebrate every challenge overcome, every relationship built, every lesson learned, and every milestone reached along the way! We deeply value and appreciate our mutual support, shared commitment, and common vision throughout the years!

RETROVERSE HOSTEL

One of our most creative projects has launched!
Retroverse is a hostel in central Athens with a concept based on arcade games of the 90’s.
Colors, vintage elements, neon taglines, & lots of fun corners create a unique atmosphere, and most likely our favorite project!
