Ardittos House | Mets, Athens
A landmark redevelopment near the Panathenaic Stadium, breathing new life into an existing structure and transforming it into a contemporary mixed-use building with residences and offices.

Developed by Noval Property, designed by Divercity Architects, and technically project and construction managed by ANICON. Engineering & Management Consultants, the project achieved LEED Gold certification, setting a new benchmark for sustainable urban living in Athens.
