Afternoon everyone, just a quick post to all our customers and friends to say "Business as usual", certainly this week anyway. Reading the Government website, it says garages are meant to be operating, so while ever we can, we hope to stay open.

We ask everyone to follow the measures we have in place to keep you and us safe.

Evening, just wanted to put a quick post up to assure our customers we haven't closed or have any plans to close.

The car sales business next door to us (Auto Wheels) has moved to new premises and they are nothing to do with Colehill Garage.

Rest assured you can expect the same service we've always offered to our lovely friends and customers!

Good Evening to all our customers and friends, we hope you are all keeping well.

A big thank you to all our customers during these strange times and we hope the distancing/cleaning measures we have in place are keeping you feeling safe.

We just wanted to remind everyone that the Government rules are about to change on getting your car MOTd. They have now announced that as of the 1st August your car will need its MOT on the usual date, so no more 6 month extension. If it is due before then, you are still allowed to extend the date by 6 months. However your car must be kept roadworthy.

Good afternoon to all our lovely customers and friends, we hope you are all keeping well.

After the announcement yesterday we are pleased to let you know that we will be opening again from Monday 18th May. We will be putting in place as many safety precautions as possible, drop offs and collections will be spaced further apart to enable us to allow only one person in reception at one time, so please bare with us.

Whilst the Government have extended the MOT period, your car must be kept road worthy or your insurance may not be valid. If you are in any doubt, we would highly recommend you get it done!

Good evening to all our customers and friends, we just wanted to let you know that unfortunately Colehill Garage will be closing as of this weekend, it was a really difficult decision for us as we love being part of the local community. Unfortunately with the current MOT rulings and part supply difficulties, it is becoming impossible for us to carry on trading, plus we feel with the current advise to Stay at Home closing will also protect our customers and staff. We hope to re-open as soon as possible, please all stay safe.

Morning all, following last nights announcement and an evening of checking through pages of the Gov.uk website, it looks like for the moment Garages will stay open for MOTs and emergency fixes (especially for key workers). At the moment we are all fit and healthy and would like to stay that way! We are following guidelines on cleaning all surfaces, etc and your car door handles, steering wheels etc. We would ask you to try and keep the 2 metre distance wherever possible when dropping off and collecting vehicles. We will keep you updated as we hear any further news. Please stay home where you can and stay safe. Thank you

Just a quick note from us here at Colehill Garage, we wanted to say if any of our customers are worried about getting their cars MOT'd or Serviced during any social/self isolation period, if you live in the Merley, Wimborne, Colehill area, please give us a ring and we may be able to collect and deliver your car back to you.
