Special fasteners are non standard fasteners manufactured to specific customer requirements where catalogue or off the shelf components are unsuitable.

They are typically defined by unique dimensions, non standard threads, special materials, or enhanced performance requirements, and are commonly used in safety critical and regulated engineering applications.

We are manufacturers of all types of threaded and milled special fasteners in many different types of material, experts in Bolt & Nut manufacturing

🔩12 POINT BOLTS- From Weight Balanced Turbine Screws to Alstom Large Machines Pole Screws, we can supply any 12pointed Fastener that you need.

🔩CARRIAGE BOLTS- The majority of our manufactured Carriage Bolts are made in Certified UK or EU sourced Carbon Alloy steel, hardened to whatever strength. Often Zinc Coated or Hot Dip Galvanised.

🔩FITTED BOLTS- Many of the Hexagon products we manufacture are in the Duplex or Super Duplex steels, or indeed in more critical high specification Superalloys. We manufacture with Precision Ground Shanks to your designs or OEM Drawings.

🔩HEXAGON BOLTS- Many of the Hexagon products we manufacture are in the Duplex or Super Duplex steels, or indeed in more critical high specification Superalloys. Whilst we manufacture many of the non-favoured thread forms such as BSW BSF UNC & UNF, we are finding the biggest call is now for Metric Hexagon Bolts that are modified versions of existing international standards or indeed custom bespoke bolting manufactured to Customer or OEM Drawings.

🔩SWING BOLTS- Our forte lies with the manufacture of Swing Bolts, often to Customers own designs where the design is critical for a high integrity application.

🔩HOOK BOLTS- We have decades of experience manufacturing Hook Bolts to Customer specific designs or OEM Drawings. No quantity is too small, from a single 1off through to a 3 year supply contract, we will service your exact requirement.
