🔧 Another compressed air system upgrade completed!

Our customer was looking to upgrade their existing compressed air system to support expansion, improve reliability and increase efficiency.

We replaced the failed HPC SM11 with a new ALMiG Compressor Combi XP15, alongside a BEKO RA135 dryer, Prevost pipework and a STERLING Separation oil/water separator.

Another successful upgrade, helping our customer prepare for future growth! 👏

We’ve recently completed another compressed air installation, providing our customer with a reliable and efficient system tailored to their requirements.

The installation included:

📋 What is a WSE?

If you have compressed-air equipment on site, you may have heard the term WSE.. But what does it actually mean?

A Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) is a legal requirement for certain pressure systems and sets out how and when the equipment should be examined to help ensure it remains safe to use.

For compressed-air systems, this can include items such as:

🔹 Air receivers

🔹 Pressure vessels

🔹 Safety valves

🔹 Associated pipework and equipment

🚛 Two new compressor systems ready for installation!

We’ve got a Combi 11 and Gear XP75 packed up and ready to head to Dunfermline for their next installation.

These systems will be supplying compressed air to support spray booths and a shot blasting unit, providing a reliable air supply for demanding applications.

From equipment selection and delivery through to installation and commissioning, we support our customers throughout the process. 🔧💨
