Machining & Mechanical Workshop | Cardan Shaft Overhaul
Another quick-turnaround job successfully completed by our Machining & Mechanical Workshop at Neutronic Technologies.
Our team recently completed the full overhaul of two large cardan shafts, returning both units to a high standard within a demanding timeframe.
The shafts were stripped down for inspection, with the universal joint assemblies dismantled and the individual components assessed for wear and condition. The required mechanical work was then completed before the shafts were rebuilt and prepared for return to the customer.
This was a great example of teamwork across the workshop. Delivering quality engineering work while meeting tight deadlines takes experience, attention to detail and a team that understands the importance of keeping our customers' operations moving.
