Role Overview
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact sales strategy, driving customer acquisition, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the sales pipeline.
• Forecast sales trends and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS.
• Must be conversant with Shopify and have a strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive ex*****on.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
