As main contractor, TAG delivered a complete refurbishment of the JW Steakhouse kitchen at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, one of the hotel's busiest and most important kitchens.
The whole project was delivered in just in just 10 weeks, with zero disruption to the hotel's day-to-day operations.
Working within the existing footprint, we made the space work harder. The layout was redesigned, a bespoke DeManincor Kitchens induction cooksuite installed, refrigeration was centralised, and every detail was built around the Executive Chef's workflow.
The result? More production capacity, better efficiency, smoother workflow, and a kitchen built to perform 24/7. Same footprint. Better performance. That's turnkey delivery!
Behind the scenes, our in-house BIM team modelled the project before work began, while major installations including the one-piece cooksuite were carried out overnight to keep the hotel running as normal.
