⚠️ LONG POST — BUT WORTH THE READ ⚠️
This isn’t just another delivery post — this one means a bit more.
Meet Anne, a cleaner for a veterinary chain. Anne has worked in cleaning for over 30 years, with experience across the NHS, schools, and more recently, veterinary clinics.
Anne’s employer actually reached out to us to find a solution — they could see the impact years of physical work was having and wanted to support her before things got worse.
Like many experienced cleaners, Anne has developed common issues linked to repetitive strain injury — lower back pain, curled hands, and the effects of years of physical strain. She’s also struggled with the weight of her current machine, which comes in at 23.5kg empty… compared to just 14.9kg full for the i-mop 36.
To make sure Anne would be as happy with it as I thought she would, I left her with my demo unit for 3 weeks so she could really put it through its paces.
Safe to say, she was blown away. Not just by how clean the floors were — but by how easy and comfortable it was to use. She even said her RSI symptoms were improving day by day.
That’s why this matters.
It’s not just about cleaner floors — it’s about looking after your team before years of strain turn into long-term pain.
If it’s good for Anne, it’s good for you and your team too.
