📢 We’re Hiring — Part-Time, Zero-Hours Role

Are you looking for flexible work that can fit around other commitments?

Tool Connection is currently recruiting for a part-time, zero-hours position at our site in Southam, Warwickshire, supporting our team with the careful removal and preparation of product packaging.

This is a temporary assignment with no confirmed end date, and we’re ideally looking for someone who can start immediately.

🔧 The Role

You’ll be responsible for removing product packaging and preparing products for resale. The role will involve:

🔹 Carefully removing product packaging
🔹 Systematically removing and replacing product components
🔹 Re-sealing packaging ready for sale
🔹 Working carefully to avoid damage to products or packaging
🔹 Maintaining a good level of productivity and attention to detail
🔹 Some limited mechanical awareness would be helpful

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable, methodical and eager to help, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

📍 Location: Southam, Warwickshire
🕐 Hours: TBC with candidate
💷 Salary: £12.71 per hour
📅 Start: Ideally immediate
📋 Contract: Temporary, zero-hours
