Very proud to watch our latest apprentice Charlie Crammer win apprenticeship of the year award 2025 🙌🏻 awarded by

There were 6 finalists from everyone that was nominated; we were lucky enough that Charlie won the seaworks competition and automatically got a spot to contend. There were some large marine companies we were against, so technically the numbers were against us.

Charlie won due to his natural , raw and honest video interview about his time as a apprentice. He should his willingness to move with change as well as wanting to encourage the next generation of apprentices.

Well done we are very proud of you
