Here are 6 quick checks to keep your tank safe this winter 👇

1⃣ Clear the area of branches and loose items
2⃣ Check for cracks, splits or bulging, especially after a storm
3⃣ Keep the lid, fill cap and vent secure and clear
4⃣ Lag exposed pipes so your oil keeps flowing
5⃣ Order early and don't let it run low
6⃣ Keep an eye on your gauge for sudden drops

What is a bunded oil tank? 🤔

In this video, Adrian opens up one of our tanks to show you exactly what's inside and why it matters.

A bunded tank is basically a tank within a tank. The inner tank holds your oil, and the outer tank (the "bund") is there as a safety net. If the inner tank ever leaks, the oil is caught by the outer layer instead of escaping into your garden, the soil or nearby water. 🌱

That means extra peace of mind, better protection for your property and less risk of a costly clean-up.
