Today, we received some positive feedback from our clients - Network Plus & Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water regarding the way our operatives demonstrated quick thinking at a customers house during an unfortunate event. We received the following...
"Just wanted to highlight the below to everyone.
While attending a job to renew a boundary box on a private road, the gang (Julian Smith) demonstrated excellent customer care and professionalism. As per routine of closing a job down they went into the customer’s garden and knocked on the door to ask the lady to open her cold water kitchen tap before the service was recharged.
A short time later, the customer came outside into the garden and unfortunately slipped and fell down the steps. The gang reacted immediately and calmly. They helped the elderly customer to a seated position, provided a clean towel, and asked her to apply pressure to the wound to control the bleeding.
Emergency services were contacted straight away by calling 999, and the gang always stayed with the customer, offering reassurance and support until the ambulance arrived and took over.
This incident highlighted the gang’s quick thinking, compassion, and commitment to customer safety, showing that they are willing to go the extra mile."
This kind of recognition will not go un-noticed, the team will receive a diolch award for their fast acting customer service.
