This scheme has involved a full upgrade of the Plantroom, including:
🔹 New boiler installed alongside the existing unit on a cascade frame
🔹 Plate heat exchanger & hot water cylinders
🔹 Complete boiler room re-pipe
🔹 Cold water booster set
🔹 Heating pumps
🔹 Electrical & BMS
