📢 A big change is coming to tumble dryers!

We now have a confirmed date for traditional vented and condenser tumble dryers being phased out.

From 19th January 2027, new energy-efficiency rules will mean that vented and condenser tumble dryers will no longer be imported into the UK.

Existing stock can still be sold until it has all gone, after which heat pump dryers will become the standard option.

If you prefer a vented or condenser dryer, it’s worth keeping this change in mind when considering your next purchase.
