Milestones. Today marks the longest time I have been alcohol free in my adult life. Last year I did 168 days and fell off around Christmas time. This year I’m keeping on keeping on, one day at a time. I feel healthier, less stressed and I’m definitely sleeping better. Here’s to the next 169 days, and to anyone thinking about stopping alcohol, the first day is the hardest, so make it today!

Wet vac out in the MR2 development car. A bit more water than I thought! After that I’ve flushed out the drain holes. Hopefully no more wet floor.
