Earlier this week, we were in Corby installing a brand-new OAV 350MR, the first machine in the OAV range to feature a pre-milling function!

This fully equipped edgebander is fitted with an impressive range of units, including:

We are pleased to have completed this recent installation at John O’Connor’s in County Louth Ireland 🇮🇪

This Vertongen kitchen cell was supplied complete with Leitz tooling, offering up to eight different profiles for eight different door styles. Fully programmable and CNC-controlled, this machine will be a real game changer for the production of five-piece doors, increasing accuracy, quality, and productivity while reducing production time.

We currently have the Vertongen Kitchen Cell machines available in our workshop here in Leicestershire and ready for demonstration. If you would like more information or would like to arrange a demonstration, please get in touch and let us know your requirements.
